BCIE - Zombies

Because Context Is Everything:

Death in Camboria is just like death in the Humie world, except sometimes the dead come back to life. 

They come back as Spirits, Banshees, Vampires and so on, but most common of these are the Zombies. Not much is necessary to say about these mindless wretches. Almost any corpse in the Gateworld may rise from their grave and start waltzing about after the correct incantation has been said, or after a mad science experiment has gone right/wrong, or after T-Virus infection. Any number of causes may be linked to the amassing of a lumbering and ever-hungry horde.

The rule about "No Humies in the Gateworld" stands with the exception of Zombies. But are they really Humies when they're dead? Maybe, maybe not. Either way, whomever made the no Humie-rule apparently allows for undead Humies.

Generally speaking, Zombies aren't the worst to hang around with, but they're far from the best. They make poor conversationalists, often they smell and more often they're only talking to you in order to get closer to that sweet, succulent brain of yours. But occasionally, you might find a zombie that can stave off their primal instincts for long enough that you might... I dunno, watch Friday together? If only there was a DVD player in the Gateworld.
